Absolutely. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we partner only with suppliers who share this commitment.

Do your products contain natural ingredients?

How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products perform best below 25°C. Avoid leaving them in humid environments such as shower shelves.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@yeh283429@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee modifications after this window.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are being expanded — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when your region becomes available.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM PST on business days are generally dispatched the same day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to view real-time order status.

Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, please email hello@yeh283429@gmail.com with your order number.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize for any fulfillment errors. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details — we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
