SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at tendandform.com. We are dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Destinations Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). To maintain high-quality delivery standards and avoid transit complications, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• Delivery Time: Once your order has left our facility, standard delivery usually takes 3 business days. Please note that deliveries to certain remote areas within the contiguous United States may experience a delay of a few days.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: 

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Shipping Exclusions: Free standard shipping applies strictly to the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and status updates will show within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@tendandform.com or via phone at 17872344043. Please provide your order number and clear photos of any damaged packaging or items so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
